SPECTRE Entertainment Group
Operations Manager & Music Services Coordinator (2007-2009)
My childhood music industry dreams were unlocked when I took a part time internship with SPECTRE. SPECTRE was an industry-leading international music promotions company. After only three months, I moved into a managerial position and directed sophisticated, omnichannel music marketing campaigns.
My organizational prowess kept the company structured and simplified the chaos of simultaneously overseeing dozens of marketing campaigns for individual artists, bands, and renowned record labels.
I worked closely with the owner and CEO to design digital and in-store sonic branding campaigns for companies like Nike.
I established relationships with influential DJs, then provided them with new music tailored to both their individual tastes and their station’s aesthetic.
When artists toured, I scheduled in-studio opportunities and coordinated ticket giveaways, appearances, and other experiential promotions.
Most importantly, I synthesized data and produced weekly campaign reports for all clients, campaigns, and accounts.
