Meticulous Organization & Multitasking
It took a special mind to create effective content for three separate courses - or accounts - and still be able to shift as adjustments are needed.
Vision: “Beginning with the end in mind” is a specialty. I can see the forest for the trees, and craft results-driven content.
Organization: As a self-starter, I managed my own calendars and created detailed filing systems. Though I will admit, my nearly-photographic memory also helped.
Adaptability: 2020-2022 was wild! I learned how to pivot and lead successful Zoom lessons from home. When I returned to in-person school, I taught half the class in my room, and the other half remotely – at the same time.
Multitasking: A teacher’s daily routine was never simple: grading, lecturing, mentoring, supervising, problem-solving, learning, and communicating with home were often all happening during the same hour.
